Baby Philip with his godfather, Fr. Richtsteig
Starting Thursday I'm saying a Novena to Saint Joseph for baby Philip. He has a premature fusion of the metopic suture of his skull. Philip will have surgery on March 19--the feast of Saint Joseph. Philip's surgery is serious--the neurosurgeons will cut off the frontal portion of his skull, correct the problem, and sew his skull back into place. Philip will require a blood transfusion, and will be in the hospital for about five days. Please pray for him!!! (And for Grandma Tara and her family!)
